The biggest change this week was the addition of the fence around part of the perimeter of the building. We found this fence by happenstance. Tom was riding the bus one day along Woodward and saw that the fence of the Machpelah Cemetery in Ferndale was beginning to be dismantled. He inquired about it, and soon afterwards came to a purchase agreement. We sent the fence to Disenos Iron Works for refurbishment and the result is a beautiful fence that, when completely set up, will contain the El Moore and the adjacent park that will border Second Avenue.
