C.W. Moore Suite

The C. W. Moore Suite is the largest of the lodge’s accommodations. With one bedroom, a full kitchen, living room and bathroom, the Moore Suite makes staying longer a truly enjoyable, sustainable experience. It is named after C. W. Moore, a neighbor and successful real estate developer, who led the construction of the El Moore in 1898.
This one-bedroom residence, conveniently located on the main floor of the lodge and adjacent to our parlor, is available to travelers staying three days or more. Guests will enjoy an abundance of natural light through large windows, a full bath with tub and shower, full sized bed, and ample storage.

Helpful Details
Check-in is 3pm to 7pm. Due to our small size, we do not have staff on-site after 8pm. If your travel plans will not allow you to arrive during these hours, please contact us prior to making a reservation so that we can discuss the possibility of a late check-in.
Check-out is at 11am. Please help us ensure that incoming guests can check into their accommodations without delay by checking out on time. At the moment, we cannot accommodate late check-outs.
We ask that a deposit in the amount of 50% of the total reservation be made at booking. The remainder is due at check-in.
A small lodge such as ours is greatly affected by cancellations and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be aware that if you cancel with:
7 days notice or more: 100% of your booking deposit will be refunded to you.
Fewer than 7 days notice: Your booking deposit will be retained, but the balance will not be charged.
Fewer than 2 days notice: Your booking deposit will be retained and the balance for the reservation will be charged.
Guests are highly encouraged to purchase traveler’s insurance to help mitigate losses in the event of an emergency cancellation.

The El Moore Lodge has secure, gated parking available for guests. Parking is complimentary during your stay.
The El Moore Lodge is a non-smoking property. We reserve the right to charge a flat-rate cleaning fee of $180 if there is smoking in the room.
While we love animals, we unfortunately cannot accommodate any pets at the Lodge, with the exception of service animals. We are very lucky to have a wonderful dog daycare, Canine to Five, within a few blocks of our Lodge. They may be a great option for you if you are traveling with a pet.
All kids are of course welcome. However, they must be accompanied by an adult 18 years old and over on the property and inside the Lodge at all times. We regret that we are unable to provide rollaway beds or cribs at this time.
